In the event that our Over-The-Net Repair service does not work for you, Saddlerock Solutions offers In-Home and In-Office PC repair services. 

Drop-Off Service

"Drop-Off" means we can work on your PC in our offices in Branson, Colorado. You can either drop your PC off at our office, or we can arrange to pick your PC up somewhere (at your home or at a convenient central location).  Due to the crazy cost of gas, we will charge you for our travel cost in addition to the repair work. Our rate for repair work is $25 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

On-Site Service

"On-Site" means that one of our repair techs comes to your home or office and fixes your PC right there in your home.   Our rate for repair work is $25 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Again, due to the crazy cost of gas, we will charge you for our travel cost in addition to the repair work.

We offer On-Site Repair service in the following communities:

• Colorado: Trinidad, Walsenburg, La Veta, Stonewall, Branson, Kim, La Junta 
• New Mexico: Raton, Clayton, Des Moines, Folsom, Springer, Maxwell, Cimarron
